1. Subscription Plans
We offer a Subscribe & Save option for our 8-in-1 Magnesium Complex. Subscriptions are available for the following plans:

2. How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you authorize Pure Nutra to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each delivery cycle.

Your first order ships immediately after checkout. Subsequent orders ship according to your chosen frequency (every 30, 90, or 180 days).

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each recurring charge.

Subscription prices are locked at the rate you signed up with, even if we later raise prices for one‑time purchases.
3. Modifying Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by visiting our Manage Subscription Page or by clicking the link in any subscription email.
You may:

Skip a delivery

Change the delivery frequency

Update your shipping address or payment method

Pause your subscription for up to 3 months

Cancel your subscription at any time
4. Cancellation Policy
No minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. If you cancel after a recurring order has already been processed, that order will be shipped and you will not receive a refund for that specific charge (unless you return it under our Refund Policy).
5. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the same as one‑time purchases.
If you are not satisfied with any shipment, contact us within 90 days of that delivery date for a full refund of the most recent charge. You may keep the product.

6. Price Changes
If we ever change the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. You may cancel or modify your subscription before the new price takes effect.
7. Shipping Delays
Recurring orders are processed automatically. If a delivery is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are not responsible for refunds or expedited shipping. However, we will always work with you to resolve any problem.
8. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will retry the charge twice over 5 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically paused. You will receive email instructions to update your payment information. Once updated, your subscription will resume with the next scheduled delivery.
