Once you access your subscription dashboard, you can:

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

We make cancellation easy and fee‑free. You can cancel at any time with no penalties.

Step-by-step:

  1. Log in to your subscription portal (using the link from your subscription email)

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Confirm your choice

After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged again

  • You will still receive any orders already processed

  • Your account remains active for 30 days in case you change your mind

5. How to Skip or Pause a Delivery

Skip a delivery (one time)

  • Log in to your portal

  • Select the upcoming order you wish to skip

  • Click "Skip this delivery"

Your next delivery will be rescheduled to your next regular cycle (30, 90, or 180 days later).

Pause your subscription (temporary hold)

  • Log in to your portal

  • Click "Pause subscription"

  • Choose how long to pause (1, 2, or 3 months)

During a pause:

  • No payments are taken

  • Your subscription remains active (not cancelled)

  • You can resume at any time with one click

After the pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume with the next scheduled delivery.


7. How to Update Your Shipping Address

Before your order ships (recommended)

  1. Log in to your portal

  2. Go to "Shipping Address"

  3. Enter your new address

  4. Save changes

⚠️ Important: Address changes made after an order has been processed may not apply to that order. Contact us immediately if you need to change an address for an order that is already in progress.

After your order ships

If your order has already shipped to an old address:

  • Contact the carrier (USPS) with your tracking number to request a forwarding address change (additional fees may apply)

  • Or contact us – we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee intercepting a package already in transit


8. How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your portal

  2. Go to "Payment Methods"

  3. Click "Add new card" or "Replace card"

  4. Enter your new payment details

  5. Save changes

Your new payment method will be used for all future subscription charges. We never store your full credit card number – all payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Failed payment?

If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • We will retry the charge twice over 5 days

  • You will receive email notifications with a link to update your payment information

  • After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method


9. Billing & Invoicing

When are subscription charges processed?

Quarterly Every 90 days from your initial purchase date
Bi-annual Every 180 days from your initial purchase date

How to get an invoice

  • Log in to your portal and go to "Order History"

  • Click "Download Invoice" next to any order
