Shipping Policy

At SafeStream, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. All orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During peak demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, with delivery timeframes typically ranging from seven to ten business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occur due to weather, postal service issues, or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All items are shipped under a shipment contract, and risk of loss and title pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are granted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service within seven days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or a video showing the issue, along with a detailed explanation, your order number, and your contact details.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, mistaken purchases, or general dissatisfaction. However, at our discretion, unopened and unused products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
